Job summary 

We are seeking a driven Commercial Projects Specialist to plan and execute commercial projects across our veterinary portfolio, with end-to-end ownership of order processing and fulfillment for our distributor network. 

The ideal candidate will drive launch readiness, build commercial dashboards, track orders from creation through delivery, and coordinate across Marketing, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Finance to keep both projects and orders on track and unblocked.

Job Responsibilities:

• Project execution & delivery: Deliver ≥100% of assigned commercial projects on time and within scope.

• Launch readiness: Achieve 100% launch-readiness checklist completion (materials, pricing, forecasting, stock) before each launch date. 
• Documentation & status reporting: Update project documentation and status reports within 48 hours of any change, with zero stakeholder visibility gaps reported. 
• Commercial dashboards & analytics: Deliver commercial dashboards and post-launch performance reports on schedule with 100% data accuracy. 
• ROI tracking: Deliver ROI tracking analysis for ≥90% of commercial projects within 30 days of completion. 
• Distributor onboarding: Complete onboarding (agreements, data, product info) for 100% of new distributors within the agreed timeline. 
• Order processing & follow-up: Track 100% of orders from creation to final delivery/warehouse handover within 24 hours of receipt, with zero lost orders. 
• Dispatch readiness: Achieve 100% document/approval completeness before dispatch, with zero dispatch holds due to missing paperwork. 

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in project management, commercial Sales.

• Language: Business English proficiency
•  Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, power BI).
