Senior Marketplace Specialist

Job Purpose

We are looking for a professional with strong experience managing e-commerce marketplaces to be the lead owner of operating and growing all of the company’s accounts, achieving sales, growth, and profitability targets, and fully overseeing day-to-day operations.

Target Platforms:
Amazon – Noon – Trendyol – Al Saif Gallery – Jahez – Petunia, and any new platforms in the future.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Platform Management and Operations

• Fully oversee and manage all marketplace accounts on a daily basis.
• Manage product listings and optimize titles, descriptions, images, and keywords.
• Monitor account health and ensure compliance with each platform’s policies.
• Communicate with platform account managers and resolve operational issues.

2. Sales and Growth

• Set monthly sales plans and achieve the targets set for each platform.
• Analyze product performance and identify opportunities to increase sales.
• Monitor competitors and pricing, and provide recommendations to improve results.
• Develop existing accounts and expand into new platforms.

3. Advertising, Promotions, and Profitability

• Manage advertising campaigns and promotional offers within the platforms.
• Improve return on ad spend (ROAS / ACOS).
• Track commissions, shipping costs, advertising costs, and discounts.
• Analyze product and platform profitability and propose pricing strategies.

4. Operations and Inventory

• Track orders, shipping, cancellations, and returns.
• Coordinate with warehouses to ensure product availability and inventory accuracy.
• Resolve customer and order issues in coordination with the relevant departments.
• Reduce operational errors, delays, and penalties.

5. Analysis and Reporting

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on platform performance.
• Track sales, profitability, advertising, and inventory.
• Provide clear plans and recommendations to improve performance and drive growth.

Requirements and Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience managing marketplace platforms.
• Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Noon Seller Lab.
• Experience with Trendyol and other platforms is preferred.
• Experience in managing advertising and analyzing sales and profitability.
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and report preparation.
• Good understanding of inventory, shipping, and returns operations.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Ability to work remotely with independence and strong organization.
• Analytical, proactive personality, able to take ownership and deliver results.

• Achieving the monthly sales target for each platform.
• Sales growth and improved net profitability.
• Improved advertising campaign performance.
• Maintaining account health and ratings.
• Reducing cancellations, returns, and operational issues.
• Ensuring continuous availability of core products.
• Developing existing platforms and successfully launching new ones.
