Terms of use

Give accurate information and keep your password private. Each account is for one person (or, for employers, one company and its recruiters).

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other users at risk.

Keep your profile and CV truthful. You decide which jobs to apply to; JobsMena does not guarantee interviews or job offers.

Never pay anyone for a job, visa or interview through JobsMena. Report any request like this to info@jobs-mena.com.

Post only real, current vacancies that you are authorised to fill, with accurate details. Jobs must comply with the labour and anti-discrimination laws of the country where the role is based.

Never charge candidates any fee. Use candidate data only to recruit for your own vacancies, keep it confidential, and handle it in line with applicable data protection laws. Do not share or resell CVs.

Messages to candidates must relate to genuine recruitment.

Many listings are collected from public company career pages and job sites, and are shown for convenience. We don't control those employers or sites, and we can't guarantee that every listing is accurate or still open. Please check details with the employer and report anything suspicious.

Prices are shown before you buy and VAT is added where it applies. A plan starts when payment is confirmed and lasts for the period shown.

Job post and featured credits must be used before the plan ends. Profile unlocks are a monthly allowance that resets on the 1st of each month; unused unlocks don't carry over.

Payments for credits already used are not refundable. Contact info@jobs-mena.com about any other billing question.

Fake or misleading jobs, spam, harassment, or collecting other users' data; automated scraping of the site; uploading malware; trying to get around plan limits or security; or using JobsMena for anything unlawful.

You keep ownership of what you upload, and give us permission to store and display it to run the service (for example, showing your job post or sending your CV to an employer you apply to). The JobsMena name, logo and site design belong to MAK Talent Solutions.

JobsMena is provided “as is”. We are not a party to any employment relationship and aren't responsible for employers' or candidates' decisions or conduct. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms and will post the new version here. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
