About The Role:
As a Commercial Development Manager you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the business growth , in addition to supporting the business development team of our organization. You will play a pivotal role in driving growth, expanding our client base, and securing new business opportunities.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Developing industry penetration strategy and identifying growth opportunities through innovative growth hacking techniques.
• Analyzing target industries and accounts to create comprehensive business development reports, optimizing outreach and conversion rates with growth hacking tactics.
• Crafting tailored proposals and documentation, integrating growth hacking principles to increase effectiveness and win rates.
• Forecasting and budgeting for new business endeavors, maximizing ROI with growth hacking insights.
• Collaborating cross-functionally to scale operations and market presence, infusing growth hacking into strategic initiatives.
• Providing regular commercial reports, measuring performance and optimizing strategies with growth hacking metrics.
• Managing a team of commercial development professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and experimentation rooted in growth hacking principles.
• Promoting a client-focused mindset, driving growth through strategic experimentation and optimization.
• Facilitating cross-functional collaboration to streamline processes and achieve organizational objectives, accelerating decision-making and execution with growth hacking techniques.
• Spearheading initiatives to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness, championing growth hacking best practices.
• Acting as a liaison between senior management and the team, advocating for the integration of growth hacking into the overall growth strategy.

Requirements

Skills &Abilities:

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluent in both English and Arabic, French language is a plus.

Education & Experience:

• 6+ years of experience with a focus on pre-sales and growth hacking.
• Africa Experience is highly preferred. 
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven track record in pre-sales strategies and growth hacking techniques.
• Extensive familiarity with specific industry sectors.
• Experience managing key accounts.
• Proficiency in market research techniques and analysis.
• Strong commercial acumen combined with strategic thinking.
