Junior Procurement Specialist

Job Purpose

To execute daily purchasing operations, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely material deliveries while maintaining optimal quality and cost to support department workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Process purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders.
• Request quotations and negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Track shipments and follow up with suppliers and logistics to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with Finance and warehouses regarding invoicing, payments, and material receipts.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree.

Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in procurement.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data tracking and reporting.

Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
