Talent Acquisition Manager - FinTech/Brokerage

About MarketsVox

MarketsVox is a fast-scaling retail CFD and FX broker with aggressive growth plans across Southeast Asia, Latin America, and beyond. We move quickly, we hire sharp people, and we're building something worth being part of. As we scale, we need someone to own the engine that makes all of it possible — talent.

The Role

This is MarketsVox's first dedicated Talent Acquisition hire. You won't be slotting into an existing function — you'll be building it. From sourcing strategy to employer brand, from ATS setup to executive search, this role has real scope and real ownership. You'll work closely with the CEO, CCO, and department heads to hire across sales, tech, finance, compliance, and everything in between — across multiple regions and time zones.

If you've spent your career in a big corporate TA team waiting for sign-off, this isn't for you. If you thrive in high-autonomy environments and want to leave your fingerprints on how a company grows — read on.

What You'll Own

• Build MarketsVox's talent acquisition function from the ground up — processes, tools, playbooks
• Own end-to-end recruitment across all departments: sales & commercial, technology, finance, compliance, and operations
• Partner directly with hiring managers and C-suite to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, job boards, niche fintech communities, and direct headhunting
• Manage and optimise the ATS (Workable) — pipelines, reporting, job syndication across LinkedIn, Indeed, and global boards
• Build MarketsVox's employer brand presence across key hiring markets — SEA, LATAM, MENA, and Europe
• Drive diversity hiring initiatives and ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience
• Track and report on key TA metrics — time to hire, cost per hire, pipeline conversion, offer acceptance rates
• Lay the groundwork to grow and lead a TA team as headcount scales

Why This Role Stands Out

• You're not joining a TA team — you're creating one
• Direct exposure to and influence over company growth strategy
• Hire across genuinely exciting, fast-moving markets — SEA, LATAM, MENA
• A company that values hiring as a competitive advantage, not a cost centre

Requirements

Who You Are

• 4+ years in talent acquisition, ideally with experience in fintech, brokerage, online trading, or financial services
• Proven track record of hiring across multiple functions — commercial, tech, and compliance experience especially valued
• Hands-on sourcer — you're not a coordinator waiting for CVs to land, you go and find the best people
• Experienced with ATS platforms (Workable experience a strong plus)
• Confident managing senior stakeholders and C-suite hiring processes
• Comfortable operating across multiple time zones and regions simultaneously
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate — hybrid setup with flexibility built in
• Fluency in English essential; Arabic or additional languages a bonus
