Star Assistant - Mercedes Benz

The Star Assistant is the first point of contact for showroom visitors, responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience from arrival to departure. The role involves warmly welcoming customers, understanding their needs, directing them to the appropriate team members, and ensuring a smooth and professional showroom journey.

The Star Assistant also maintains showroom presentation standards, assists with visitor hosting, manages waiting experiences, and supports overall showroom operations. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for creating memorable retail experiences.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or a customer-facing role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a welcoming and professional attitude.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer interactions.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is a plus.
• Excellent level of English.
