About The Role

As a Sales Operation Executive, you will be responsible for processing contracts and legal documents, making modifications on the client packages/orders, escalating complaints across a number of communication channels, and visiting clients to follow up on their accounts and support the sales team.

• Serve as internal sales support for the Sales team, contributing to the achievement of assigned sales quotas and business objectives.
• Assist the Sales team with client account activation, setup, and dashboard maintenance.
• Manage existing client accounts by identifying opportunities to improve listing performance, maximize service utilization, and increase the value clients get from their subscriptions.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth and increase account value.
• Monitor client account health, quality metrics, and overall performance to identify potential risks, ensure compliance with company policies, and support client retention and timely renewals.
• Conduct client service visits to strengthen relationships, understand client needs, assess satisfaction, address challenges, and identify opportunities for improvement and business growth.
• Analyze consumer behavior, customer engagement, and market trends through available reports and dashboards to generate insights and recommend data-driven actions that improve client performance.
• Communicate effectively with clients to manage expectations, address their needs, and ensure a high level of service satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and dashboards by following up with the team to ensure all required information is properly updated.
• Support lead generation and database enrichment through online and offline research, while organizing and maintaining lead sources to support pipeline management.
• Follow up on clients’ monthly payments and coordinate with the Finance team to ensure timely collections and a smooth cash flow process.
• Handle B2C clients’ special requests and coordinate with the relevant departments to ensure timely resolution.
• Liaise with Finance, Customer Support, Legal, Tech , Analytics and Marketing departments to address sales-related and client-related matters.
• Coordinate and participate in on-ground events in collaboration with the Sales team and other departments.
• Collect market insights and stay up to date with developments and trends in the real estate and automotive markets, as well as relevant local industry news.
• Meet or exceed the performance targets and KPIs established by the line manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is preferred.
• 1 - 2 years of experience in a relevant position.
• Highly computer literate, adept at Excel, PowerPoint, and highly online savvy.
• Fluent in both English and Arabic.
• Familiarity with the OLX Lebanon website.
• Excellent communication, organizing and administrative skills.
• Ability to work in a target driven company.
• An energetic, mature, accountable, self-driven, fast learner and has strong analytical skills.
