Partnership Marketing Officer

We are looking for a Partnership Marketing Officer who supports the development and management of strategic marketing partnerships that strengthen ProgressSoft's industry positioning, expand market visibility, and create business opportunities.

The role focuses on identifying and securing new strategic partnerships in collaboration with internal teams, while planning and executing marketing initiatives, including demand generation events, campaigns, and joint partner activities. It also involves managing industry platforms, accreditations, media collaborations, and awards to strengthen market presence and support business growth.

Responsibilities

-Partnerships and Sales Enablement

• Coordinate joint marketing initiatives with strategic partners and business development teams.
• Support the development of co-branded campaigns, webinars, events, case studies, and partner-focused content.
• Maintain communication with partners to align on marketing activities, deliverables, and promotional opportunities.
• Coordinate partner-related content and collateral with internal marketing teams.
• Support initiatives that generate market awareness, strengthen partner engagement, and create qualified business opportunities.
• Track leads and opportunities generated through partner marketing activities and coordinate follow-up with business development teams.
• Coordinate with internal teams to convert relevant touchpoints into meaningful partnerships, ensuring alignment with business priorities, target markets, and growth objectives.

-Industry Recognitions

• Research and maintain a calendar of relevant industry awards across company, product, innovation, and corporate responsibility categories.
• Research relevant company-wide and product-specific industry accreditations and certifications.
• Monitor competitor recognition and identify emerging award/accreditation opportunities.
• Evaluate recognitions based on credibility, relevance, eligibility, submission requirements, and strategic value.
• Coordinate recognition submissions with product teams and other stakeholders, ensuring timely collection of supporting materials.
• Track submissions, results, deadlines, and recognition achieved.

 -Strategic Partnerships

• Research and identify potential industry partners, including financial technology associations, payment networks, consulting firms, and relevant industry organizations.
• Evaluate partnership opportunities based on strategic relevance, geographic reach, audience, investment requirements, and expected business value.
• Develop partnership shortlists with recommendations, proposed collaboration models, and performance indicators.
• Track partnership performance and recommend renewals, improvements, or new opportunities.

-Industry Platforms and Vendor Benchmarking

• Research and evaluate relevant industry benchmarking, analyst, and vendor review platforms.
• Monitor competitor presence, platform credibility, audience reach, and engagement opportunities.
• Recommend suitable platforms based on positioning objectives, participation requirements, costs, and expected returns.
• Coordinate company profiles, product information, supporting assets, and ongoing platform participation.
• Monitor platform performance and maintain reports to evaluate effectiveness and continued investment.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in marketing, partnership coordination, business development support, or a related field.
• Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate opportunities and develop well-supported recommendations.
• Good understanding of B2B marketing, strategic partnerships, and industry positioning.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines.
• Ability to assess budgets, performance indicators, and the effectiveness of marketing investments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
• A proactive approach to identifying opportunities, following up on commitments, and delivering results.
• Professional fluency in English.
