The Opportunity

We are seeking a Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Manager to join our Abbott Nutrition team in the UAE. In this role, you will lead the digital marketing, e-commerce, and CRM strategy across key nutrition brands, driving consumer engagement, online growth, and business performance. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital ecosystem, leveraging data-driven insights to accelerate brand growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Work On

• Develop and execute consumer and HCP digital strategies for leading nutrition brands including Ensure, Pediasure, and Similac.
• Lead the digital marketing roadmap and manage the end-to-end digital ecosystem across assigned markets.
• Drive CRM performance and customer journey optimization to achieve engagement and conversion targets.
• Coordinate and manage external agencies, ensuring alignment with brand strategies and business objectives.
• Utilize data analytics and customer insights to improve awareness, engagement, trial, and online sales performance.
• Support the development and execution of e-commerce strategies to achieve sales, profitability, and market share objectives.
• Partner closely with sales and marketing teams to maximize online growth through joint business planning and omnichannel execution.
• Manage e-commerce budgets, operational investments, and agency partnerships.
• Ensure best-in-class online product content, including enhanced and A+ content across key digital retail platforms.
• Implement effective acquisition, conversion, retention, and customer engagement programs.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness, ROI, KPIs, online sales performance, and market share metrics.
• Translate e-commerce and consumer data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, analytics, sales, and marketing teams to optimize commercial execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a Digital Marketing and/or E-Commerce management role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM, and omnichannel commerce strategies.
• Demonstrated experience managing online sales channels and digital agency partners.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret complex datasets and consumer insights.
• Experience with digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, Omniture, WebTrends, NetInsight, or similar tools.
• Highly creative with a track record of delivering impactful digital campaigns.
• Strong storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working within cross-functional teams to drive business results.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, commercial acumen, and customer-centric mindset.
