About the Role:
We’re looking for a results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of digital marketing initiatives for our platform designed for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs). In this role, you’ll help drive platform awareness, increase adoption, and foster ongoing engagement through targeted digital campaigns and content strategies tailored specifically to the needs of HCPs. We’re especially interested in someone who is curious about AI and uses it to work smarter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute data-driven paid and organic marketing campaigns across digital channels including social media, search (SEM), Meta, X (formerly Twitter), and content marketing platforms.
• Use AI tools to improve how we research, create, and optimize campaigns, and explore new ways to apply them.
• Collaborate closely with Medical and Product teams to ensure all content is compliant, clinically relevant, and aligned with healthcare industry standards.
• Manage and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, X, and other HCP-focused or industry-specific platforms to maximize reach and return on investment.
• Develop audience segmentation strategies and personalized digital journeys to boost engagement and retention among healthcare professionals.
• Track and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Mixpanel, delivering regular reports and insights to inform ongoing strategy.
• Stay up to date on healthcare digital trends and platform innovations, adjusting strategies to ensure our approach remains impactful and competitive.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or B2B digital environments.
• Demonstrated success in running digital campaigns targeting regulated or professional healthcare audiences.
• Proficiency with key digital marketing tools and platforms, coupled with a strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in your work, with good judgment about using them responsibly.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
