• Improve the accuracy, structure, and usability of HubSpot across the organization
• Create a clear view of the entire revenue funnel, from lead through acquisition, onboarding, retention, expansion, and payments adoption
• Reduce manual reporting and administrative work through automation
• Build AI agents and workflows that make our teams faster and more effective; with a focus on go to market and reporting
• Improve forecasting, pipeline visibility, customer segmentation, and revenue analysis

• Improve CRM data quality, governance, and consistency
• Design processes that make HubSpot easier for Sales and Customer Success teams to use correctly

• Help define our source-of-truth metrics and business definitions
• Identify and resolve data quality issues
• Work with Product and Engineering when deeper integrations or data infrastructure are required

• The opportunity to build systems and processes from the ground up
• Exposure across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Payments, Product, Engineering, and Finance
• The ability to experiment with and implement emerging AI technologies

• The opportunity to materially influence how Clubspeed and Resova operate as we scale
