Job Purpose

We are seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to strengthen our quarry and aggregate equipment sales team. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will drive revenue and achieve sales targets through the sales and marketing of our franchise equipment, including mobile and static crushers, screens and plants.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

• Manage sales and business development for mobile and static crushing and screening plants, washing plants, batching plants, asphalt plants and mining trucks.
• Achieve assigned sales, revenue and business development objectives.
• Identify new opportunities through customer visits, project tracking, networking and proactive lead generation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with quarry owners, contractors, consultants and other key stakeholders.
• Maintain strong after-sales relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business and long-term customer development.

Technical and Commercial:

• Review customer requirements, technical specifications, flowsheets and layouts to develop suitable solutions.
• Prepare and present technical proposals, commercial quotations, product presentations and equipment demonstrations.
• Lead commercial negotiations covering pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules and other conditions.
• Conduct CAPEX, OPEX and TCO analyses to support customers' investment decisions.

Coordination and Reporting:

• Coordinate with internal departments , principals, logistics, service teams and customers on plant configuration, equipment selection and timely project delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, upcoming projects, pipeline, forecasts and lost sales.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports and forecasts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial or Automotive Engineering or any equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5-7 Years of Sales experience in Oman/GCC in mining, Quarry & Aggregate Equipment , Construction / Heavy equipment or similar Industry.
• Should have significant knowledge of mobile and static crushing & screening products.
• Should have leadership skills with a prior experience of handling sales team.
• Should have strong knowledge of quarry and mining operations.
• Effective communication skills and good knowledge of Computer applications such as word, excel, Power point etc.
• Oman or GCC Driving License is mandatory.
• Should be willing to relocate to any branches as per company requirement.
