• Schedule qualified meetings and demos for the Sales team.
• Educate prospects on Servme's platform, value proposition, and use cases.
• Make regular in-person visits to prospective and existing clients across Lebanon to build relationships and support outbound efforts.
• Nurture leads until they are sales-ready and hand off smoothly to Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM and sales tools.
• Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and targets.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams.
• Continuously refine outreach messaging, email templates, and call scripts.
• Bring new ideas, creativity, and insights to improve SDR processes and performance.

• Experience using CRM and sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or other platforms)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven SaaS environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Based in Beirut, Lebanon and able to work from the office daily — this is not a remote role
