Project Manager - AI Governance & Digital Transformation

ValleySoft is an IT services provider delivering technology solutions that help large organizations execute complex transformation initiatives. In this role, you will contribute to the implementation of an Enterprise AI Governance Platform for a major organization, supporting work at the intersection of enterprise technology, governance, risk, and digital transformation.

As Project Manager – AI Governance & Digital Transformation, you will play a central role in driving a complex implementation from planning through delivery. You will work across technical and business stakeholders to help align delivery with organizational goals, governance expectations, and operational priorities while supporting a major enterprise transformation initiative.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of an Enterprise AI Governance Platform implementation.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, resource plans, and delivery roadmaps.
• Ensure delivery meets agreed scope, timelines, budgets, quality standards, business objectives, and contractual requirements.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation and corrective action plans.
• Manage project dependencies, change requests, issues, and escalations.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and communicate with stakeholders.
• Oversee platform planning, deployment, configuration, integration, and testing.
• Coordinate AI current-state assessments, gap analyses, governance framework development, governance workflows, risk management processes, and compliance monitoring.
• Ensure alignment with applicable Saudi regulatory frameworks, including SDAIA requirements.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Saudi national with eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia and the ability to work on-site.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
• 4+ years of experience in IT project management, including delivery of digital transformation initiatives and enterprise IT platform implementations.
• Hands-on experience with project planning and tracking tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Primavera.
• Strong background in enterprise risk and compliance processes, including governance workflows covering approvals, assessments, reporting, and controls.
• Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies, with solid resource and dependency management capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI governance or AI implementation projects, along with working knowledge of AI governance concepts.
• Experience delivering projects for Saudi government or semi-government organizations.
• Background delivering projects in regulated enterprise environments such as banking, finance, or government.
• Master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or Digital Transformation.
• Experience with AI governance platforms such as IBM watsonx.governance or similar.
• Experience with IT service management platforms such as ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with relevant SDAIA requirements.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
