As part of our growing Marketing department

you’ll play a key role in growing Rahal’s top of the funnel & increasing the traffic, scaling Rahal’s marketing execution, running campaigns end to end, and helping build out the team as we grow.

Role Overview This is a role for someone who wants real ownership over marketing execution, with a strong lean toward offline and on-ground activity, from campaign planning through field activation, while coordinating closely across the wider marketing function.

• Coordinate social media content and calendar, keeping it aligned with brand and campaign priorities.

• Hands-on experience running co-funded or partner-led campaigns (e.g. with banks, telcos, or brand partners), from planning through execution and results reporting.
• Comfortable owning outcomes independently. This is an execution-heavy role where impact matters.

• Working knowledge of campaign budgeting, spend tracking, and basic ROI measurement.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, comfortable coordinating across internal teams, external partners, and on-ground vendors at the same time.
• Strong instinct for brand: knows how to keep on-ground execution consistent with how Rahal should look, sound, and feel.

• Brand-Minded, treats every on-ground interaction as a brand moment and protects consistency and quality even under time pressure.
• Resourceful, gets things done with the resources at hand and adapts fast when the on-ground reality does not match the plan.
