Dispatcher

A leading delivery company in Iraq is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Dispatcher to join its team in Erbil. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily orders, assigning and transferring shipments to delivery drivers, monitoring order status, and ensuring smooth and timely delivery operations. This role requires strong coordination, accurate data entry, and the ability to handle multiple orders and resolve operational issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, and process incoming orders.

• Distribute and assign orders to delivery drivers according to operational requirements.

• Transfer and reassign orders when necessary.

• Enter and update order information accurately in the system.

• Monitor order status and follow up to ensure timely completion.

• Identify and resolve delivery delays and operational issues.

• Verify order records and ensure data accuracy.

• Coordinate with drivers and internal teams to maintain smooth operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in dispatching, delivery, logistics, or operations is preferred.
• Good computer skills and accurate data-entry abilities.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple orders and work under pressure.
• Flexibility to work night shifts, if required.
• Language Skills: Arabic and Kurdish are preferred.
