- Monitor and optimise platform reliability, scalability, performance and availability.
- Implement monitoring, logging, alerting and observability solutions using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana and ELK.
- Establish and monitor service level indicators (SLIs), service level objectives (SLOs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Troubleshoot production incidents, conduct root cause analysis and implement recovery measures, automated rollbacks and preventive improvements.
- Support disaster recovery arrangements and improve resilience across critical applications and platforms.
- Integrate security controls, vulnerability scanning and compliance requirements into DevOps workflows.
- Maintain technical documentation, runbooks and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure and cybersecurity teams to improve delivery processes, reduce manual intervention and prevent recurring incidents.
- Supervise and coordinate assigned DevOps / SRE Team Members, allocating tasks, monitoring performance and providing technical guidance and coaching.
